Certainly someone has a list of 8 magazines that pay $1 per word. There are probably others that pay more.However, it is unrealistic for most freelance writers to think they can earn that amount. A better business model would be to focus on writing projects that are sustainable. Sustainable in providing enough income for you to live and sustainable in being able to provide ongoing and continuous work. |

As a business owner, if ever I hire such person and pay with that set amount, I would make sure I am getting the most out of my money.
